So Saturday was our half way point. We did our testing that morning. I was amazed, happy and very impressed with my results. So here they are:
4.2 pounds lost
Almost 4% body fat decrease
A total of 6 1/2 inches lost so far
I doubled the number of situps and pushups I can do
I reached 2 inches further on the sit and reach
And finally I cut 1 minute and 7 seconds off my mile run.
All this in just five weeks. I have never been so motivated to be the best me I can be as I a now. I feel so much better and I want that to continue. Tomorrow starts weeks six. I am excited to see even better results in five more weeks.
I apologize for being a stranger lately. Many good things going on in my life at work lately and many trying things going on in my life at home. Just trying to survive it all while getting myself healthy and in shape at the same time. Have a good week everyone.
